Web Rent provides a terrific cost/benefit factor. Below the Web Rent modules and costs are detailed.

Web Rent Rental Reservation System

The system provides the following functionality:
  • Management and maintenance of rental property inventory;
  • Web-based property brochure;
  • Web-based property search;
  • On-line rental of properties;
  • Real-Time Processing of Credit Card payments1;
  • Tracking of Client Information.

Owner System Module

This optional module allows property owners to:
  • View property booked and available weeks;
  • Create or delete Owner Holds;
  • Edit cleaning and/or key instructions for an Owner Hold.

Mailing List Module

This optional module allows you to perform promotional email mailings based on client e-mail addresses in your client database.

BER Web Design Services will be constantly adding new functionality to Web Rent. To receive these upgrades and any program fixes, a maintenance contract is required.  The maintenance contract cost covers any and all modules that you own.  For more information of the maintenance contract, click here.  BER also offers discounts for prepaid, multi-year maintenance contracts.
