Ryder

The Ryder mapping system is one of the large scale projects that BER has worked on with MapQuest.  The system encompasses approximately 650 HTML files and JSP scripts.  The system integrates with the MapQuest servers and databases and also pulls Ryder location information from databases on the Ryder Servers.

Prime Retail

BER created a private, web-enabled, enterprise application that collects financial data from Prime Retail's outlets throughout the country.  The data is entered at the outlets and stored in a database system.  Prime's headquarters has the power to perform web-based reporting and other administration functions on the database.

Center Club

Established by a group of Baltimore business leaders in 1962, The Center Club has been a central meeting place for its members to conduct business as well as enjoy fine dining.  The Center Club has chosen BER to create a dynamic web site that members want to return to again and again..

Holiday Real Estate

BER created an on-line rental reservation system and owner system for Holiday Real Estate.  BER integrated the new system into the existing graphics.  The system integrates with Holiday's minicomputer system and immediately creates a lease after on-line payment verification.  The system also allows owners to manage the properties over the internet.

PCTEST Engineering Laboratories

PCTEST required a secure password protected system to allow clients to upload files to the PCTEST web server.  The system uses a database to track all user activity and project progress.  The PCTEST system automatically sends e-mails to authorized project users as certain milestones are met.  The system contains a full set of administrative functions.

Trialbuilder

Trialbuilder needed an on-line education module.  BER created a multi-module system that tracks user progress, provides feedback based on correct or incorrect answers, and prohibits students from returning to portions of the course that have already been completed.  All course, module, question and student data are stored in a database for easy maintenance.
